1. Your character sheet must include all statistics mentioned in the Tutorial forum.
2. Your character sheet must include a race from the Tourism forum. You can vary some racial traits, but only slightly.
3. Your character should also include a background and description. Use the Tourism forum as a guideline.
4. Once you post your character sheet, it must be inspected by a GM, who will either approve your character or give you a list of what you need to change. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST IN THE STORY UNTIL THIS HAPPENS.
5. You have to SPELL.
6. It is theoretically possible for a GM to judge you disruptive to the smooth running of the RPG. If this happens, deal with it.
7. It's best to use already posted character sheets as examples.
More to be added as unforseen circumstances arise.

See, when you make changes to your character sheet you learn how to use the edit button, a valuable skill in fixing your horrible mistakes.
The subtlety here lies in the reference to spelling and punctuation!
