Now. Everyone who created their character before reading this will suffer. Because after you've spent points on attributes, techs, and styles, the remaining points go into your "Growth Reserve".
Now, on character creation and every 10 Closure Points thereafter, the number of points in your growth reserve becomes your frozen growth rate.
Every Closure Point you gain adds 1/10 of your frozen growth rate to your growth reserve.
You cannot spend points from your growth reserve until you have earned 10 Closure Points.
So what's a Closure Point? CP are given out by the GMs whenever the characters achieve closure on some plot point.
So in other words, in order to become more powerful, you have to actually advance the story and do stuff. Because sitting on your ass training doesn't really make for good roleplaying after the fifth hour.
And that's how you become stronger!
