Okay, here in pbp-land, we could have a lot of threads and interweaving plotlines. Well, we could. Hence the need for a system to traverse the threads.
Exiting a Thread This is a more formal-type way of going off-camera, without a stated destination. You can do this with or without a GM. Remember, when you're off-camera, you could turn up anywhere. [Exit Thread: Character Name]
Moving to a New Thread This is where you are switching directly to a specific thread, without any option or downtime. GMs typically decide this, but if you want to make things easier to follow, you might as well use it. [Exit to Thread "Name of Thread": Character Names]
Entering a Thread You... you can probably guess what this is for. [Enter from "Name of Thread" Number of Last Post In That Thread]
Hopefully if we follow these rules, people will be able to read the old posts and figure out what is going on.
